中山市绝经后妇女骨质疏松症患病状况调查分析

【摘要】 目的 分析中山市绝经后妇女骨质疏松症患病状况,以指导临床制定早期干预方案,降低绝经后妇女骨质疏松症患病率。方法 选取2019年4月至2021年12月在我院进行骨质疏松症筛查的102例中山市东区以及101例乡镇绝经后妇女作为研究对象,均采用双能X线吸收法(DXA)检测,统计绝经后妇女骨质疏松症患病率,并根据该结果分为骨量减少组和骨质疏松组,统计所有患者基线资料,分析其患病的影响因素。结果 经Logistic回归分析显示,绝经年限长、户外运动少均是绝经后妇女骨质疏松症发生的影响因素(OR>1, P <0.05)。结论 中山市绝经后妇女具有较高的骨质疏松症患病率,绝经年限长、户外运动少均可导致骨质疏松,故应高度关注绝经后妇女,给予早期干预,以减少骨质疏松症的发生。

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the prevalence of osteoporosis in postmenopausal women in Zhongshan, so as to guide the clinical development of early intervention programs and reduce the incidence of osteoporosis in postmenopausal women. Methods 102 cases of postmenopausal women in the Zhongshan eastern district, and 101 cases of postmenopausal women in villages and towns screened for osteoporosis in our hospital from April 2019 to December 2021 were selected as study objects, and detected by dualenergy X-ray absorptiometry(DXA). The incidence of osteoporosis in postmenopausal women was counted, and they were divided into osteopenia group and osteoporosis group according to the results. The baseline data of all patients were collected, and the influencing factors of prevalence were analyzed. Results Logistic regression analysis showed that long menopausal years and little outdoor exercise were the influencing factors of osteoporosis in postmenopausal women(OR>1, P <0.05). Conclusions Postmenopausal women in Zhongshan have a higher prevalence of osteoporosis. Long menopausal years and little outdoor exercise can lead to osteoporosis. Therefore, high attention should be paid to postmenopausal women, and early intervention should be given to reduce the occurrence of osteoporosis.
