布地奈德混悬液联合特布他林雾化液治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病的效果及对患者炎性指标的影响

【摘要】 目的 探讨布地奈德混悬液联合特布他林雾化液治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)的效果及对患者炎性指标的影响。方法 选择2019年1月至2021年6月我院收治的80例COPD患者,随机分为观察组与对照组各40例。对照组采用布地奈德混悬液单独治疗,观察组予以布地奈德混悬液联合特布他林雾化液治疗。比较两组的治疗效果、血气指标与炎性指标。结果 观察组治疗总有效率为95.00%,高于对照组的77.50%(P <0.05)。治疗后,观察组PaCO2低于对照组,PaO2、 SaO2高于对照组(P <0.05)。治疗后,观察组CRP、 WBC与中性粒细胞水平均低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论 布地奈德混悬液联合特布他林雾化液治疗COPD的效果显著,可有效改善患者血气指标与炎性指标水平,促进患者病情康复。

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of budesonide suspension combined with terbutaline atomization in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD) and the impact on inflammatory indicators. Methods 80 COPD patients admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to June 2021 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was only treated with budesonide suspension, and the observation group was treated with budesonide suspension combined with terbutaline atomization. The treatment effect, blood gas indicators and inflammatory indicators of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 95.00%, higher than 77.50% in the control group(P <0.05). After treatment, the PaCO2 of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the PaO2 and SaO2 were higher than those of the control group(P <0.05). After treatment, the CRP, WBC and neutrophil levels of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P <0.05). Conclusions Budesonide suspension combined with terbutaline atomization in the treatment of COPD has significant effect, which can effectively improve the levels of blood gas indicators and inflammatory indicators and promote the recovery of patients.
