心理疏导配合早期康复训练对类风湿关节炎患者关节功能及并发症的影响

【摘要】 目的 探讨心理疏导配合早期康复训练对类风湿关节炎(RA)患者关节功能及并发症的影响。方法 70例RA患者随机分为两组各35例,对照组采用常规护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上采用心理疏导配合早期康复训练干预,比较两组的关节功能、并发症发生率。结果 干预后,观察组的关节晨僵时间短于对照组,关节压痛点、关节肿胀数少于对照组,手握力高于对照组,关节功能障碍分级优于对照组(P <0.05)。观察组的并发症发生率为2.9%,低于对照组的22.9%(P <0.05)。结论 心理疏导配合早期康复训练有助于改善RA患者的关节功能,降低并发症发生风险,值得临床推广应用。

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the impact of psychological counseling combined with early rehabilitation training on joint function and complications of patients with rheumatoid arthritis(RA). Methods 70 cases of RA patients were randomly divided into two groups, with35 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing intervention, and the observation group received psychological counseling combined with early rehabilitation training intervention on the basis of the control group. The joint function and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups. Results After intervention, the time of joint morning stiffness in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group, the number of joint tenderness points and number of joint swelling were less than those in the control group, the hand grip strength was higher than that in the control group, and the grading of joint dysfunction was better than that in the control group(P <0.05). The incidence of complications in the observation group was 2.9%, lower than 22.9% in the control group(P <0.05).Conclusions Psychological counseling combined with early rehabilitation training is helpful to improve the joint function of RA patients and reduce the occurrence risk of complications, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
