【摘要】 目的 探讨互动联合重温式宣教模式对血液透析患者健康知识掌握程度的影响。方法 将2020年1月至2022年3月在我院接受血液透析治疗的150例患者随机分为两组各75例。对照组予以常规健康宣教，观察组予以互动联合重温式宣教模式。比较两组患者的健康知识掌握程度和自护能力。结果 干预3个月后，观察组对血液透析原理、血液透析目的、用药指导、营养饮食、血管通路、运动锻炼、注意事项的知识掌握程度评分均高于对照组（P <0.05）。干预3个月后，观察组的自我责任感、自我护理能力、自我概念评分均高于对照组（P <0.05）。结论 互动联合重温式宣教模式能够提高血液透析患者的健康知识掌握程度和自护能力。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the influence of interactive and review education mode on mastery degree of health knowledge in hemodialysis patients. Methods 150 hemodialysis patients in our hospital from January 2020 to March 2022 were randomly divided into two groups, with 75 cases in each group. The control group was given routine health education, and the observation group was given interactive and review education mode. The mastery degree of health knowledge and self-care ability of the two groups were compared. Results After 3months of intervention, the scores of knowledge mastery of hemodialysis principle, hemodialysis purpose, medication guidance, nutritional diet, vascular access, exercise and precautions in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P <0.05). After 3 months of intervention, the scores of self responsibility, self-care ability and self concept in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P <0.05). Conclusions Interactive and review education mode can improve the mastery degree of health knowledge and self-care ability of hemodialysis patients.更多还原
