甲泼尼龙联合肺力咳合剂治疗儿童重症支气管哮喘的效果

【摘要】 目的 探讨甲泼尼龙联合肺力咳合剂治疗儿童重症支气管哮喘的效果。方法 选取2018年1月至2020年12月我院收治的80例重症支气管哮喘患儿,随机分为观察组与对照组。对照组采用甲泼尼龙治疗,观察组采用甲泼尼龙联合肺力咳合剂治疗。比较两组的治疗效果、症状消失时间、肺功能指标及炎性因子水平。结果 观察组总有效率高于对照组(P <0.05)。观察组咳嗽、喘憋、肺啰音消失时间短于对照组(P <0.05)。观察组FEV1、 FVC、 FEV1/FVC高于对照组(P <0.05)。治疗后,观察组的TNF-α、 IL-6水平低于对照组,IFN-γ水平高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论 甲泼尼龙联合肺力咳合剂治疗重症支气管哮喘患儿的效果较好,可缩短症状改善时间,增强肺功能,调节炎性介质的表达。

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of methylprednisolone combined with Feilike mixture in the treatment of children with severe bronchial asthma. Methods 80 children with severe bronchial asthma admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to December 2020 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group. The control group was treated with methylprednisolone, and the observation group was treated with methylprednisolone combined with Feilike mixture. The treatment effect, symptom disappearance time, pulmonary function indicators and inflammatory factor levels were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P <0.05). The disappearance time of cough, wheezing and lung rale in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P <0.05). The FEV1, FVC, and FEV1/FVC of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P <0.05). After treatment, the TNF-α and IL-6 levels of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, and the IFN-γ level was higher than that of the control group(P <0.05). Conclusions Methylprednisolone combined with Feilike mixture has better effect in the treatment of children with severe bronchial asthma, which can shorten the symptom improvement time, enhance the lung function and regulate the expression of inflammatory mediators.
