基于暂态电流的三相变压器剩磁测量系统
Design of Residual Flux Measurement System for Three-phase Transformer Based on Transient Current
【摘要】 针对传统剩磁测量系统存在的采样精度低、装置体积大和容易受外界因素影响等问题,设计了一种以数字信号处理器(DSP)为核心处理器的基于暂态电流的剩磁测量系统。系统利用暂态电流和剩磁之间的关系,利用高速A/D转换器以及数字信号处理技术,实现了快速、准确地测量流过变压器铁芯的暂态电流。通过非线性处理的方法拟合暂态电流和时间的关系,进而根据时间常数计算剩磁。实验结果表明:与传统剩磁测量装置相比,该系统的数据传输迅速且稳定,可靠性高,适用于需要在线测量的场合。
【Abstract】 Aiming at the problems of low sampling accuracy, large device size, and easy influence of external factors in traditional residual flux measurement systems, a residual flux measurement system based on transient current with the digital signal processor(DSP)as the core processor was designed.The system used the relationship between transient current and residual flux, and realized fast and accurate measurement of the transient current flowing through the transformer core by using high-speed A/D converters and digital signal processing technology.The relationship between transient current and time was fitted by nonlinear processing, and residual flux was calculated based on time constants.Compared with the traditional residual flux measuring device, the data transmission of this system is fast, stable, and reliable.It is suitable for online measurement.
