【摘要】 在我国，企业合规实践已从金融领域走向各领域，企业合规已从行业探索发展到国家战略规划，必将成为新发展阶段贯彻新发展理念构建新发展格局，全面推进依法治国中的国家建设重点之一。企业合规实践对特色化和专业化的合规人才需求剧增，产生了企业合规师新职业，呈现出企业合规人才的多角色需求。对此，高校开展了企业合规人才培养的专业建设、方案设计、课程开发、教材编写、理论研究等探索，但相对于社会现实需求，企业合规人才的供给仍然不足。对此，高校应对接需求，研究把握企业合规人才的知识结构与素质，这既是制定人才培养方案、设计课程体系、配备师资队伍的前提，也是人才培养的落脚点。制定企业合规人才培养方案，应注重培养德才兼备，具有扎实的法学、管理学、企业合规的专业理论知识和熟练的职业技能、合理的知识结构，具备高效高质合规管理服务能力与创新创业能力，具有国际视野、懂法学、通管理和擅合规的复合型、应用型与创新型企业合规人才。因此，应打造企业合规人才培养的课程与教材，建设企业合规理论与实务双师型师资队伍，探索面向企业合规人才需求的校社协同育人模式，加快培养高素质企业合规人才，为企业高质量发展提供强有力的人才支撑。更多还原

【Abstract】 Corporate compliance is not limited to financial sector but extends to various fields in China:corporate compliance with its transition from industry exploration to national strategic planning becomes a pivotal state-building domain of comprehensively advancing the rule of law in the new development stage by implementing the new development philosophy and fostering a new development dynamic.Corporate compliance officer as a new occupation emerges with sharply increasing demand for professionals with specializedexpertise of corporate compliance. This new trend also suggests a multi-role demand for corporate compliance talents.Correspondingly,universities have explored program construction,plan design,curriculum development,textbook compilation,theoretical research and otherswith the purpose of cultivatingprofessionals of corporate compliance;however,the supplyis still insufficientforthe real demand of the society.Therefore,universities should fully grasp the knowledge structure and quality that professionals of corporate compliance should acquire to satisfy the real demands,whichis not only a precondition ofplan design,curriculum design and faculty distribution for cultivating the professionals,but also the starting point.The plan design for cultivating professionals of corporate compliance should dedicate to cultivating professionals with both political integrity and professional competence.Specifically,the professionals that serve enterprises should be interdisciplinary,practical and innovative,who acquire solid theoretical knowledge and adept practices with proper knowledge structure in legal science,management and corporate compliance as well as with efficient and high-quality compliance management competence and innovation and entrepreneurship.Therefore,it is necessary toformat curriculum and textbook specifically for cultivatingprofessionals of corporate compliance,to build a dual tutorial system that covers both theory and practice,andto explore a demand-oriented school-civil society collaborative mechanismfor pacing up nurturing high-quality professionals of corporate compliance to provide robust intellectual support to the high-quality development of enterprises.更多还原
