【摘要】 西藏三岩地区人口整体跨市易地搬迁政策的实施，打破了自然环境对居民的收入掣肘，极大地重塑了搬迁群体的社会生态面貌。但是，易地搬迁群众语言能力不足以适应与融入城镇化生活的问题客观存在。三岩地区在易地搬迁过程中既有民族地区的共性问题，又存在其特殊性，语言能力适应问题对搬迁后居民可持续发展的制约尤为突出。聚焦西藏三岩地区的搬迁实践，梳理搬迁群体面临的语言生活新变化，分析其所处的现实语言困境，探索借由合理的语言服务实现搬迁群体身心的再社会化途径。更多还原

【Abstract】 The implementation of the policy of overall cross-city relocation of the population in the Sanyan region reshaped the socio-ecological outlook of the relocated groups. The language ability of the relocated people is insufficient to adapt and integrate into urbanized life. The particularly salient issues are the constraints on the sustainable development of the relocated residents caused by the adaptation of language ability. Focusing on the relocation practice in the Sanyan area of Tibet, we will sort out the new changes in the language life of the relocated groups, analyze the language dilemmas in real life, and explore the pathway to physical and mental re-socialization of the relocated groups through reasonable language services.更多还原
