【Abstract】 Culture is an important source of strength for the survival and development of human beings and it is the soul of a nation and bond that unites the national spirit. Under the leadership of the Communist Party of China(CPC) with the practice of peaceful liberation, democratic reform and socialist construction of Xizang,many forms of red cultural resources with regional characteristics have been shaped, which have become an important part of advanced socialist culture with Chinese characteristics and the concrete embodiment of the practice of the spiritual genealogy of the Communist Party of China(CPC) people.
