【摘要】 目的:评价活血化瘀药物穴位注射治疗脑卒中后偏瘫的临床疗效。方法:检索the Cochrane Library、PubMed、中国生物医学文献数据库、中国知网、万方数据库和维普数据库，收集应用活血化瘀药物穴位注射治疗脑卒中后偏瘫的随机对照试验。检索时限均为从建库至2022年11月30日，根据纳入及排除标准筛选文献，应用RevMan 5.4软件对所获资料进行统计分析。结果:共纳入16篇文献，均为中文文献。Meta分析结果显示，活血化瘀药物穴位注射可提高脑卒中后偏瘫治疗的有效率[OR=4.55,95%CI(3.16,6.57),P<0.05],降低神经功能缺损评分[MD=-3.30,95%CI(-3.99,-2.62),P<0.05],提高上肢运动功能评分[MD=10.89,95%CI(8.96,12.82),P<0.05]。结论:现有证据表明，活血化瘀药物穴位注射可提高脑卒中后偏瘫治疗有效率，降低神经功能缺损评分，提高上肢运动功能评分。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of acupoint injection of blood activating and stasis resolving drugs in the treatment of hemiplegia after stroke.Methods:The randomized controlled trial of acupoint injection of blood activating and stasis removing drugs for post-stroke hemiplegia were retrieved from the Cochrane Library, PubMed, CBM,CNKI,WanFang Database and VIP.The retrieval time was from the inception to November 30,2022.Literature was selected based on inclusion and exclusion criteria, and the obtained data was statistically analyzed using RevMan 5.4 software.Results:A total of 16 articles were included, all of which were Chinese literature.The results of Meta-analysis showed that acupoint injection of blood activating and stasis resolving drugs can improve the effective rate of post-stroke hemiplegia treatment(OR=4.55,95%CI 3.16-6.57,P<0.05),reduce neurological deficit score(MD=-3.30,95%CI-3.99--2.62,P<0.05),and improve upper limb motor function score(MD=10.89,95%CI 8.96-12.82,P<0.05).Conclusion:Current evidence shows that acupoint injection of blood activating and stasis resolving drugs can improve the effectiveness of post-stroke hemiplegia treatment, reduce neurological deficit scores, and improve upper limb motor function scores.更多还原
