【摘要】 平台经济发展关乎国家经济安全、数据安全、政治安全。当前我国平台经济治理面临的现实困境主要有四个方面:监管主体权责不清,监管理念存在偏差,监管技术相对落后,法律体系不完善。加强政府平台经济治理体制建设,需要划清政府部门权责界限,建立健全协同监管机制,强化政府数字化技术监管支撑,创新平台经济专业人才队伍建设机制,秉持包容审慎和敏捷治理理念,不断完善平台经济相关法律法规。更多还原

【Abstract】 The development of platform economy is related to national economic security, data security and political security. At present, the governance of China’s platform economy are faced with four practical dilemmas: rolesand responsibilities of regulatory authority are unclear; the regulatory philosophy is biased; the regulatory technology is relatively backward; and the legal system is not perfect. To strengthen the construction of platform economy governance system, it is necessary to take a series of measures as below:to clearly define the roles and responsibilities of government agencies; to establish and improve the collaborative supervision mechanism;to strengthen the technical support of government digital supervision;to innovate the mechanism for building the government’s digital economy professional talent team;to practice the governance philosophy of inclusiveness, prudence and fast-response; and to improve the relevant laws and regulations of the platform economy.更多还原
