【摘要】 目的 分析我国医药企业研发生产儿童药的意愿，为儿童药激励政策的完善提供现实依据。方法 通过问卷调研受访企业和人员的基本信息以及医药企业研发生产各类儿童药的意愿。以单位性质、产品定位、企业规模、企业药品的类型为解释变量，研发生产各类儿童药的意愿为被解释变量，应用有序逻辑回归分析医药企业特征对研发、生产各类儿童药意愿的影响。结果 我国医药企业研发生产儿童药的总体意愿较高；多数医药企业愿意研发生产儿童共用药、改良型儿童新药、呼吸道疾病和胃肠道疾病等儿童常见病用药，对罕见病儿童药的态度两极分化；企业规模和现有药品类型是影响企业研发生产儿童药的重要因素。结论 建议以政策实施效果和产业特征为重要依据进一步完善我国儿童药研发生产激励的相关政策，设置差异化、多样化的激励措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 AIM To analyze the willingness of Chinese pharmaceutical enterprises to develop and produce children’s drugs and provide practical basis for the improvement of incentive policies for children’s drugs. METHODS A questionnaire survey on the basic information of the surveyed companies and personnel were conducted, as well as the willingness of pharmaceutical companies to develop and produce various types of children’s drugs. Taking the nature of the company, product positioning, enterprise scale, and type of enterprise drugs as explanatory variables, and the willingness to develop and produce various types of children’s drugs as the dependent variable, an ordered logistic regression analysis was applied to analyze the impact of pharmaceutical enterprise characteristics on the willingness to develop and produce various types of children’s drugs. RESULTS The overall willingness of Chinese pharmaceutical enterprises to develop and produce children’s drugs was high. More pharmaceutical enterprises were willing to develop and produce children’s common drugs, me-better drugs, drugs for respiratory diseases, gastrointestinal diseases and other common child diseases, and their attitudes towards children’s drugs for rare diseases were polarized. The size of the enterprise and the type of existing drugs were important factors affecting the development and production of children’s drugs. CONCLUSION It is suggested to set up differentiated and diversified incentive measures based on the implementation effect of the policy and the industrial characteristics to further improve the relevant policies for children’s drug development and production incentives.更多还原
