糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂治疗急性中耳炎100例疗效观察
Clinical observation on 100 cases of acute otitis media treated by mometasone furoate aqueous nasal spray
【摘要】 目的 观察糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂治疗急性中耳炎(AOM)中耳积液的临床疗效。方法 将2019年5月至2022年6月在该科治疗的200例AOM中耳积液患儿随机分为对照组与观察组,各100例。对照组患儿行抗生素治疗,观察组患儿在对照组基础上行糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂喷鼻治疗,比较2组的临床疗效。结果 观察组患儿发热、耳痛、耳闷等不良症状发生率均明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组患儿听力水平及肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)水平均较治疗前明显改善,且观察组改善更明显,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率为96.0%,明显高于对照组的72.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂能有效降低中耳积液中TNF-α、IL-1β水平,减轻中耳炎性反应,从而改善中耳功能,降低不良症状发生率,促进听力恢复。
【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of mometasone furoate aqueous nasal spray in the treatment of middle ear effusion of acute otitis media(AOM).Methods A total of 200 AOM patients treated at this department from May 2019 to June 2022 were randomly divided into the control group(n=33) treated with antibiotics and the observation group(n=100) treated with antibiotics and mometasone furoate aqueous nasal spray.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results The incidence of adverse reactions including fever, earache and ear fullness in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the listening ability and levels of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) and interleukin-1β(IL-1β) were all improved in the two groups compared with pre-treatment, and the improvement in the observation group was more obvious, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The overall response rate was 96.0% in the observation group, which was significantly higher than that in the control group(72.0%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Mometasone furoate aqueous nasal spray can effectively reduce the levels of TNF-α and IL-1β in middle ear effusion and alleviate otitis media, thus improving middle ear function, reducing the incidence of adverse symptoms and promoting hearing recovery.
