【摘要】 新型冠状病毒感染是由新型冠状病毒引起的严重急性呼吸系统综合征。因其大规模暴发引起大量人员感染，已成为受全球关注的突发公共卫生事件。口腔是上呼吸道的重要组成部分，新型冠状病毒可通过口腔交叉感染和传播。抗病毒漱口水的应用可有效减少唾液中的病毒载量。目前，有不少研究建议在口腔治疗前使用抗病毒漱口水。该文就含聚维酮碘、氯化十六烷基吡啶、过氧化氢、葡萄糖酸氯己定、阴离子型酞菁衍生物等抗病毒成分的漱口水用于口腔治疗前的效果进行了综述。更多还原

【Abstract】 The Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus 2(SARS-CoV-2) infection is a severe acute respiratory syndrome caused by SARS-CoV-2.Due to its large-scale outbreak, a large number of people are infected, which has become a public health emergency that has attracted worldwide attention.Oral cavity is an important part of the upper respiratory tract, and SARS-CoV-2 can be cross-infected and spread through the oral cavity.The application of antiviral mouthwash can effectively reduce the viral load in saliva.At present, many studies have suggested to use antiviral mouthwash before oral treatment.This article provided a review of the effects of mouthwashes containing antiviral ingredients such as povidone iodine, cetyl-pyridinium chloride, hydrogen peroxide, chlorhexidine gluconate and anionic phthalocyanine derivatives before oral treatment.更多还原
