【摘要】 细菌性角膜溃疡(BCU)是一种严重危及视力的感染性眼病，其常见病原体会对抗生素产生耐药性而导致治疗失败。噬菌体是一种以细菌等微生物为宿主的病毒，对不同抗生素耐药菌具有高度的抑制作用，且不良反应较小，因此将噬菌体作为BCU潜在的替代或辅助疗法具有很大前景。目前已有研究者成功应用噬菌体治疗细菌性角膜炎和角膜溃疡，其杀灭病原菌的同时还可保持眼部结构的完整。该文综述了噬菌体结构、分类、侵染细菌过程及在BCU中的应用现状等。更多还原

【Abstract】 Bacterial corneal ulcer(BCU) is an infectious eye disease that seriously endangers vision.Its common pathogens are resistant to antibiotics, which lead to treatment failure.Bacteriophage is a virus that hosts bacteria and other microorganisms.It has a high inhibitory effect on different antibiotic resistant bacteria, and has less adverse reactions.Therefore, it has great prospects as a potential alternative or adjuvant therapy for BCU.At present, researchers have successfully used bacteriophage to treat bacterial keratitis and corneal ulcer, which can kill pathogenic bacteria while maintaining the integrity of eye structure.The paper reviews the structure, classification, process of bacterial infection and application of bacteriophages in BCU.更多还原
