miR-21、miR-191与弥漫性大B细胞淋巴瘤患者临床分期的相关性

【摘要】 目的:分析微小核糖核酸(mi R)-21、mi R-191与弥漫性大B细胞淋巴瘤(DLBCL)患者临床分期的关系。方法:选取2016年1月-2021年1月山西省汾阳医院收治的100例DLBCL患者作为研究对象,于入院时根据Ann-Arbor(Cotswolds)分期将所有患者的临床分期分为Ⅰ期、Ⅱ期、Ⅲ期、Ⅳ期;详细统计并比较不同临床分期患者的基线资料,重点分析mi R-21、mi R-191水平与DLBCL患者临床分期的关系。结果:100例DLBCL患者中临床分期Ⅰ期15例,Ⅱ期25例,Ⅲ期37例,Ⅳ期23例。Ⅰ期、Ⅱ期、Ⅲ期和Ⅳ期患者的mi R-21、mi R-191水平依次升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。经Kendall’s tau-b相关性分析发现,mi R-21、mi R-191水平与DLBCL患者临床分期呈正相关(r=0.566、0.636);多项Logistic回归分析结果显示,血清mi R-21、mi R-191过表达是DLBCL患者临床高分期的危险因子(OR>1,P<0.05);双变量Pearson相关性分析结果显示,DLBCL患者mi R-21水平与mi R-191水平之间呈正相关(r=0.339)。结论:DLBCL患者的mi R-21、mi R-191过表达与临床高分期有关。

【Abstract】 Objective:To analyze the relationship between micro RNA (mi R)-21,mi R-191 and clinical stage of patients with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL).Methods:100 patients with DLBCL treated in Shanxi Fenyang Hospital from January 2019 to January 2021 were selected as the research subjects.All patients was divided into stage I,stage II,stage III and stage IV according to Ann-Arbor (Cotswolds) staging system at admission.The baseline data of patients at different clinical stages were counted and compared in detail.The relationship between the levels of mi R-21 and mi R-191 and the clinical stage of DLBCL patients was mainly analyzed.Results:Among the 100 patients with DLBCL,there were 15 patients at stage I,25 patients at stage II,37 patients at stage III and 23 patients at stage IV.The levels of mi R-21and mi R-191 in patients at stageⅠ,Ⅱ,ⅢandⅣwere increased gradually,which showed statistically significant differences (P<0.05).According to Kendall′s tau-b correlation analysis,it was found that the levels of mi R-21 and mi R-191 were positively correlated with the clinical stage of DLBCL patients (r=0.566,0.636).Multiple logistic regression analysis showed that the overexpression of serum mi R-21 and mi R-191 was a risk factor for high clinical stage in patients with DLBCL (OR>1,P<0.05).Bivariate Pearson correlation analysis showed that there was a positive correlation between mi R-21 and mi R-191 levels in patients with DLBCL (r=0.339).Conclusion:The overexpression of mi R-21 and mi R-191in patients with DLBCL is related to high clinical stage.
