【摘要】 叙事医学是全科住院医师规范化培训（简称住培）进行医学人文教育的重要组成部分，其核心是通过叙事性问诊，与患者及家属建立信任的合作关系，建立医患共同决策等叙事方法，提升全科医生的共情能力和医患沟通能力。本文通过阐述叙事医学应用于全科住培教学的现状、作用与意义，提出几点建议，以期促进叙事医学在全科住培教学中的推广与应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Narrative medicine is an important part of the medical humanities education for the standardized training of general practitioners. The purpose of narrative medicine is to cultivate their empathy and communication skills, of general practitioners through their narrative practice, such as using narrative approach in consultation, in connecting with patients and families and in facilitating decision-making. In this paper, we elaborated on the current situation, role, and significance of the application of narrative medicine in general practice education, and proposed several suggestions.
