对乙酰氨基酚在聚中性红修饰电极上的电化学行为
Electrochemical Behavior of Acetaminophen on a Polyneutral Red Modified Electrode
【摘要】 制备了聚中性红修饰玻碳电极,通过考察对乙酰氨基酚在修饰电极上的电化学行为发现,对乙酰氨基酚在修饰电极上的还原峰、氧化法电流信号分别是裸电极上的4.17倍和8.25倍,在pH为9.16的Na2CO3-NaHCO3缓冲体系中,对乙酰氨基酚在8.00×10-7mol/L~5.00×10-4mol/L浓度范围内与其氧化峰电流大小呈良好线性关系:ip=0.0272c(μmol/L)+2.254(r=0.9961),检出限为2.67×10-7mol/L。该方法线性范围宽,检出限低,模拟样品检测回收率在97%~107%之间。进一步研究表明,对乙酰氨基酚在聚中性红修饰玻碳电极上的反应是受吸附控制的2质子、2电子参与的反应过程。
【Abstract】 A polyneutral red modified glassy carbon electrode was prepared,and the electrochemical behavior of acetaminophen on the modified electrode was investigated.It was found that the reduction peak and oxidation current signal of acetaminophen on the modified electrode were 4.17 and 8.25times higher than those on the bare electrode,respectively.In the buffer system of sodium carbonate and sodium bicarbonate with pH=9.16,there is a good linear relationship between the concentration of acetaminophen in the range of 8.00×10-7mol/L~5.00×10-4mol/L and its oxidation peak current:ip=0.0272c(μmol/L)+2.254 (r=0.9961),with a detection limit of 2.67×10-7mol/L.This method has a wide linear range,low detection limit,and a simulated sample detection recovery rate between 97%~107%;further research has shown that the reaction of acetaminophen on the poly neutral red modified glassy carbon electrode was controlled by adsorption of 2 electrons and 2 protons.
