【摘要】 检察案件信息公开是智慧检务建设的重要方面。通过对广州市检察案件信息公开的实证研究，发现检察案件信息公开存在检察机关公开的案件和法律文书范围不明确、重复公开现象比较严重等问题。通过分析，检察案件信息公开存在上述问题的主要原因包括案件信息公开标准过于宽泛、案件公开分类标准不完善、检察法律文书的公开范围标准不明确等。对此，完善检察案件信息公开应当明确案件信息逆向公开标准，细化检察案件信息公开的分类标准，确立诉讼终结为检察文书公开标准，确立以业务为中心的信息化建设导向，推动检察案件信息公开不断完善，真正做到“阳光检务”。更多还原

【Abstract】 The disclosure of procuratorial case information is an important aspect of smart construction. Through empirical research on the disclosure of prosecutorial case information in Guangzhou, it was found that there are issues with the disclosure of prosecutorial case information, such as unclear scope of cases and legal documents disclosed by the procuratorial organs, and serious repetition of disclosure. Through analysis, the main reasons for the above-mentioned problems in the disclosure of procuratorial case information include the overly broad standards for case information disclosure, incomplete classification standards for case disclosure, and unclear standards for the disclosure scope of procuratorial legal documents.
