【摘要】 新型冠状病毒流行期间，耳鼻喉专科在《伤寒杂病论》六经辨证理论体系的指导下，结合人体“阴阳、表里、虚实、寒热”证候特点，在治疗新冠感染后喉源性咳嗽取得了一定的疗效。本文从六经辨证角度，探讨经方辨治喉源性咳嗽的思路，并根据喉源性咳嗽症状特点结合医案实例，总结经方在治疗新冠病毒引发的喉源性咳嗽的临床经验，以继承经方思想，拓宽其应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 During the epidemic period of COVID-19, otolaryngology department, under the guidance of the theoretical system of syndrome differentiation of six channels in Treatise on Febrile and Miscellaneous Diseases, combined with the characteristics of“Yin and Yang, exterior and interior, deficiency and excess, cold and heat”in human body. Has achieved a certain effect in the treatment of laryngeal cough after COVID-19 infection. From the perspective of syndrome differentiation of the six channels, this paper discusses the ideas of classic prescriptions for the treatment of laryngeal cough, and tries to summarize the clinical experience of classic prescriptions in the treatment of laryngeal cough caused by COVID-19 according to the characteristics of laryngeal cough symptoms and some medical cases, so as to inherit the ideas of classic prescriptions and broaden its application.更多还原
