【摘要】 目的 探讨开喉亮音法治疗声带息肉术后嗓音障碍的临床疗效。方法 回顾性的分析2021年1月～2022年12月就诊于河南中医药大学第一附属医院嗓音病科的声带息肉术后嗓音障碍患者的临床资料，按治疗方案分为对照组28例（接受金嗓散结胶囊治疗）和观察组35例（接受开喉亮音法治疗）。使用SPSS 20.0软件对两组患者嗓音主客观评价指标（Jitter、Shimmer、HNR、MPT,VHI-10及GRBAS-G量表评分）进行分析对比。结果 两组患者间治疗前各项指标对比无统计学差异（P>0.05）。治疗后，两组患者Jitter、Shimmer、VHI评分、GRBAS-G分级均有降低（P<0.05）,HNR、MPT升高（P<0.05），以观察组改善更明显（P<0.01）。结论 嗓音中医开喉亮音法可有效改善声带息肉术后嗓音障碍患者嗓音质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of TCM for opening the throat and brightening the voice in the treatment of postoperative vocal cord polyps with voice disorders. Methods Retrospective analysis was made on the clinical data of patients with voice disorders after vocal polyp surgery in the Department of Voice, the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to December 2022. According to the treatment scheme, they were divided into the control group(28 cases were treated with Jin Sang San Jie Capsule) and the observation group(35 cases were treated with the method of TCM for opening throat and brightening voice). SPSS 20.0 software was used to analyze and compare the subjective and objective evaluation indicators of voice(Jitter, Shimmer, HNR, MPT, VHI-10, and GRBAS-G scale scores) between two groups of patients. Result There was no statistically significant difference in all indicators before treatment between the two groups of patients(P>0.05). After treatment, Jitter,Shimmer, VHI score, and GRBAS-G grade of both groups decreased(P<0.05), while HNR and MPT increased(P<0.05), observation group showing more significant improvement(P<0.01). Conclusion The TCM method of opening throat and brightening voice can effectively improve the voice quality of patients with voice disorders after vocal cord polyp surgery.更多还原
