双向拼缝装配式剪力墙的抗震性能试验
Seismic performance test of bi-directional spliced assembled shear walls
【摘要】 为研究采用波纹管成孔、竖向钢筋灌浆连接的预制装配式剪力墙的平面内抗震性能,设计了4个预制剪力墙试件和1个现浇剪力墙试件,通过低周反复荷载作用下的拟静力试验,获得了试件承载力、延性、刚度等力学性能,并对滞回曲线和骨架曲线进行了分析.试验结果表明:预制剪力墙试件破坏形态为压弯破坏,竖向接缝处无裂缝沿拼缝发展,连接可靠;存在双向拼缝的预制剪力墙试件的抗震性能基本等同现浇,弹塑性变形能力满足规范要求;采用螺旋箍筋约束金属波纹管可提高试件的耗能能力.
【Abstract】 In order to study the in-plane seismic performance of prefabricated assembled shear walls with bellows forming and vertical reinforcement grouting connections, one cast-in-place shear wall specimen and four prefabricated shear wall specimens were designed and their damage characteristics, hysteresis and skeleton curves, bearing capacity and ductility, stiffness and energy dissipation capacity were analyzed by the proposed static tests under low circumferential repeated loads. The test results show that: the damage form of precast shear wall specimens is compression-bending damage, and the vertical joint connection is reliable; the seismic performance of precast shear wall specimens with two-way splices is basically equivalent to cast-in-place, and the elastic-plastic deformation capacity meets the code requirements; the use of spiral hoops to restrain the metal bellows can improve the energy dissipation capacity of the specimens.
