基于巢湖疏浚底泥的免烧砖制备及其最佳工艺参数研究
Study on the preparation of unburned brick based on Chaohu dredged sediment and its optimum process parameters
【摘要】 基于巢湖疏浚底泥,研究了固化材料种类与掺量、成型压力及加载速率、养护方式对底泥固结体抗压强度的影响,基于最优配合比和工艺参数制备了疏浚底泥免烧砖。结果表明,疏浚底泥固化材料的最佳配合比为:疏浚底泥62.0%、水泥12.5%、生石灰2.5%、粉煤灰2.5%、矿粉7.5%、水12.2%、水玻璃0.8%;最佳成型工艺参数为:成型压力15 MPa,加载速率0.4 mm/s,采用70℃蒸汽养护,制备的疏浚底泥免烧砖吸水率为13.2%,7 d平均抗压强度为18.5 MPa,单块砖最低抗压强度为16.3 MPa,冻融后平均抗压强度为17.1 MPa,单块砖的干质量损失率≤1.6%,符合MU15抗压强度、吸水率和抗冻性的要求。
【Abstract】 Based on the dredging sediment of Chaohu Lake,the effects of solidification material types and dosages,forming pressure and loading rate,and curing methods on the compressive strength of the sediment consolidated body were studied. Non fired bricks for dredging sediment were prepared based on the optimal mix ratio and process parameters. The results show that the optimal mix ratio of dredging sediment solidification materials is 62.0% for dredging sediment,12.5% for cement,2.5% for quicklime,2.5% for fly ash,7.5% for mineral powder,12.2% for water,and 0.8% for water glass; The optimal molding process parameters are: molding pressure of 15 MPa,loading rate of 0.4 mm/s,using 70 ℃ steam curing,the water absorption rate of the prepared dredged sediment unburned brick is 13.2%,the average compressive strength after 7 days is 18.5 MPa,the minimum compressive strength of a single brick is 16.3 MPa,the average compressive strength after freeze-thaw is 17.1 MPa,and the dry mass loss rate of a single brick is ≤1.6%,which meets the requirements of MU15 for compressive strength,water absorption rate,and frost resistance.
