RV减速器故障诊断方法研究现状

【摘要】 RV减速器作为机器人及高精密传动系统等领域的核心部件,得到了广泛的应用。然而由于其内部复杂的结构组成、严峻的工作环境和复杂多变的工况,导致RV减速器出现故障的形式呈现多样性。为防止减速器的故障扩大化和避免经济损失,健康监测和故障诊断为RV减速器的运行提供了保障。对RV减速器的故障诊断方法进行了综述,详细介绍了国内外学者利用动力学模型分析、信号分析及其他分析对RV减速器进行故障诊断的方法,并整理了不同方法的差异。最后总结了RV减速器故障诊断方法的优缺点,并展望了需要进一步开展的研究方向。

【Abstract】 RV reducer, as the core component of robot and high-precision transmission system, has been widely used in many fields.However, due to its complex internal structure, severe working environment and complex and changeable working conditions, the failure forms of the RV reducer are diverse.In order to prevent the fault expansion of the RV reducer and avoid economic losses, health monitoring and fault diagnosis provide guarantee for the operation of RV reducer. The fault diagnosis methods of RV reducers are summarized, the methods used by scholars at home and abroad to diagnose RV reducers using dynamic model analysis, signal analysis and other analysis are introduced in detail, and the differences between different methods are sortd out. Finally, the advantages and disadvantages of RV reducer fault diagnosis methods are summarized, and the further research directions are prospected.
