基于OPC UA的数字孪生车间信息物理融合系统
Digital twin workshop information physical fusion system based on OPC UA
【摘要】 针对生产车间数据集成和分享难度大、实时可视化监控成本高等问题,基于OPC统一架构(Unified Architecture,UA)与数字孪生技术,提出一套面向生产车间的数字孪生车间信息物理融合系统方案。首先,设计了数字孪生车间信息物理融合系统架构,分析了系统架构的组成要求,建立了面向生产车间的通用OPC UA信息模型层次架构;然后,通过信息模型建模、OPC UA服务器开发和OPC UA客户端访问构建了数字孪生车间的统一接口;最后,将该系统方案应用于某生产车间,经验证该方案为生产车间数据集成和统一管理、智能化与可视化监控以及各系统程序之间的数据共享提供了保障,是推动智能制造的有效方案。
【Abstract】 In view of the difficulties of data integration and sharing in the production workshop and the high cost of real-time visual monitoring, based on the OPC Unified Architecture(UA) and digital twin technology, a set of digital twin workshop information and physical fusion system for the production workshop was proposed. Firstly, the architecture of the digital twin workshop information physical fusion system was designed, the composition requirements of the system architecture were analyzed, and the hierarchical architecture of the general OPC UA information model for the production workshop was established; then, through information model modeling, OPC UA server development and OPC UA client access, the unified interface of the digital twin workshop was constructed; finally, the system scheme was applied to a production workshop. It was verified that the scheme provides guarantee for the data integration and unified management of the production workshop, intelligent and visual monitoring, and data sharing among various system programs. It is an effective scheme to promote intelligent manufacturing.
