基于精益六西格玛方法的CA公司缸盖泄漏检测质量控制研究
Quality control on cylinder head leakage detection of CA company based on lean six Sigma approach
【摘要】 精益六西格玛方法是精益思想与六西格玛管理方法的有机结合,其本质是消除浪费和减少变异,提高质量和效率。基于精益六西格玛方法、DMAIC-Ⅱ模型和DMAIC-Ⅱ模型改进的5个阶段,利用因果图、方差分析等分析手段,准确地找出封堵板位置、封堵板密封圈厚度和泄漏检测机管路是影响缸盖泄漏检测第一次通过率(First Time Through, FTT)的3个关键因素。采用精益六西格玛方法对这3个关键因素进行了优化和改善,该方法的运用不仅将缸盖泄漏检测FTT从90.5%提高到了96.5%,而且节省了20万元/年的人工返修费用,提高了生产效率,降低了生产成本,增强了企业的核心竞争力。
【Abstract】 Lean six Sigma methods is an organic combination of lean thinking and six Sigma management methods.Its essence is to eliminate waste and reduce variation, and improve quality and efficiency. Defined with lean six Sigma method, DMAIC-II model, and the DMAIC-II model five stages of improvement and the analysis methods, such as causality diagram and variance analysis, the three key factors affecting the First Time Through(FTT) of cylinder head leak detection are the location of blocking plate, the thickness of sealing ring of sealing plate and the leak detector pipeline.After optimization of these three key factors by lean six Sigma methods, the application of this method not only increases the FTT of cylinder head leakage inspection from 90.5 % to 96.5 %,but also saves 200 000 yuan of manual repair cost every year, improves the production efficiency, reduces the production cost and improves the core competitiveness of the enterprise.
