【Abstract】 Homocysteine(Hcy) is a metabolic intermediate of methionine, which accelerates or leads to cardiovascular complications of diabetes mellitus through oxidative stress, endothelial dysfunction, vascular remodeling, insulin resistance and other mechanisms.
