【摘要】 面向新时代生态文明建设，高校作为人才培养的重要基地，培养服务国家生态文明建设战略的多学科交叉融合创新型高质量人才，是高校人才培养的新责任和新使命。安徽大学作为一所具有红色革命传统的高等学府，勇担民族复兴大任，为党育人、为国育才，主动对接国家生态文明建设和安徽“三地一区”建设需求，充分利用综合性多学科优势，以新文科建设理念为引领，以经济学科人才培养为基础，依托生态文明相关学科基础和科研平台，构建教学、实践和研究“三位一体”的培养体系，探索融合生态学、资源环境等多学科的创新型经济学复合人才培养机制，形成了融入生态文明的经济学人才培养创新模式，同时为相关高校培养服务国家生态文明建设的创新型复合人才提供参考和借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 Cultivating high-quality interdisciplinary and innovative talent for the national ecological civilization strategy is university’s historical mission in the new era. Bearing in mind the mission of cultivating talent for the Party and the State in national rejuvenation, Anhui University, one with a glorious revolutionary tradition, makes the best of its multi-disciplinary advantages to serve the national strategy and the provincial construction of “Three Places and One Area. ” In accordance with the philosophy of new humanities and social sciences, the university has developed an innovative economic talent cultivation system that is based on economics, resource science and eco-environmental science, and leverages relevant ecoenvironmental research platforms. It features a “three-in-one” training system that integrates teaching, practice and research, aiming to foster interdisciplinary economic talents who are well-trained in ecological and environmental sciences. This model is expected to be of some reference for Chinese universities to cultivate innovative interdisciplinary talents who can better serve the national ecological civilization construction.更多还原
