【摘要】 基于质性分析，将工作家庭融合划分为表层和深层融合，并探讨了工作家庭融合与员工创新行为之间的关系，检验了积极情绪在两者之间的中介效应及伴侣共同动机的调节作用。共收集两次数据，第一次于疫情首次暴发后的全国复工阶段，有效问卷225份；第二次于疫情持续一年后，采用经验取样法对23对夫妻进行连续8个工作日的调研，有效问卷368份。结果表明：工作家庭融合显著正向影响创新行为，且深层融合效果强于表层融合；积极情绪中介于工作家庭表层、深层融合与创新行为；伴侣共同动机在工作家庭深层融合与积极情绪间起正向调节作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on qualitative analysis, dividing work-family integration into superficial and deep integration, this paper discusses the relationship between work-family integration and employees′ innovative behavior and tests the intermediary effect of positive emotion between the two and the regulatory role of partner′s communal motivation.It collects data twice, the first time, 225 valid questionnaires were collected in the national resumption stage after the first outbreak of the epidemic.The second time, after the epidemic lasted one year, 23 couples were investigated for eight consecutive working days by empirical sampling method, and 368 valid questionnaires were collected.Results show that: work-family integration has a significant positive impact on innovative behavior, and the effect of deep integration is stronger than that of superficial integration; positive emotion mediates work-family superficial, deep integration and innovative behavior; partner′s communal motivation plays a positive role in moderating work-family deep integration and positive emotion.更多还原
