【摘要】 目的 分析晚期食管癌行卡瑞利珠单抗+白蛋白紫杉醇+奈达铂治疗的效果。方法 选取2019年6月—2023年6月无锡市第二人民医院收治的60例晚期食管癌患者为研究对象，按照随机数表法分为化疗组和联合组，每组30例，化疗组行白蛋白紫杉醇+奈达铂治疗，联合组在化疗组基础上联合卡瑞利珠单抗治疗，比较两组患者治疗有效率、不良反应发生情况。结果 联合组总有效率（83.33%）高于化疗组，差异有统计学意义（χ~2=5.934,P<0.05）。两组患者不良反应发生率比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论 卡瑞利珠单抗+白蛋白紫杉醇+奈达铂的方案可提升治疗有效率，安全性高，对晚期食管癌较适用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the effect of advanced esophageal cancer treated with camrelizumab + albumin paclitaxel + nedaplatin. Methods 60 patientss of advanced esophageal cancer admitted to Wuxi Second People’s Hospital from June 2019 to June 2023 were selected as the study objects, and were divided into chemotherapy group and combination group according to random number table method, with 30 cases in each group. The chemotherapy group was treated with albumin paclitaxel + nedaplatin, and the combination group was treated with camrelizumab treatment on the basis of chemotherapy group. The effective rate and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of combination group(83.33%) was higher than that of chemotherapy group, the difference was statistically significant(χ~2=5.934, P<0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion Camrelizumab + albumin paclitaxel +nedaplatin regimen can improve the treatment efficiency, high safety, more suitable for advanced esophageal cancer.更多还原
