【摘要】 目的 探讨儿童腺样体肥大疾病治疗中实行自拟清腺方联合推拿的临床疗效。方法 选取2021年11月—2023年4月聊城市第二人民医院儿科收治的80例儿童腺样体肥大患儿作为研究对象，按照随机抽样法分为对照组和研究组，每组40例。对照组采用自拟清腺方治疗，研究组采用自拟清腺方联合推拿治疗。比对两组临床疗效。结果 治疗后研究组症状评分改善情况均优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.001）。治疗后研究组异型淋巴细胞计数、血清肿瘤坏死因子-α、白细胞介素-4及嗜酸性粒细胞阳离子蛋白水平均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.001）。结论 采用自拟清腺方联合推拿治疗儿童腺样体肥大患儿，能够改善患儿鼻塞、打鼾等症状，减轻炎症反应，实践价值较高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Zini Qingxian formula combined with Tuina in the treatment of children with adenoid hypertrophy. Methods A total of 80 children with adenoid hypertrophy admitted to the Department of Pediatrics of Liaocheng Second People’s Hospital from November 2021 to April 2023 were selected as the study objects, and were divided into control group and study group according to random sampling method, with 40cases in each group. The control group was treated with self-designed Qingglandular prescription, and the study group was treated with self-designed Qingglandular prescription combined with massage. The clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared. Results The improvement of symptom scores in the study group was better than that in the control group after treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001). After treatment, the levels of abnormal lymphocyte county, tumor necrosis factor-α, interleukin-4 eosinophile cationic protein in the study group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001). Conclusion The use of Zini Qingxian combined with Tuina in the treatment of children with adenoid hypertrophy can improve the symptoms of nasal congestion and snoring, reduce the inflammatory response, and has a high practical value.更多还原
