【摘要】 目的 探究抗肿瘤靶向药物所致手足综合征患者以中药熏洗治疗的效果。方法 选取2021年3月—2023年6月江门市人民医院抗肿瘤靶向药物治疗导致手足综合征患者80例为研究对象，以随机数表法分为两组，各40例。对照组以西药方案治疗，观察组以中药加味三柏散熏洗治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果 观察组总有效率（95.00%）较对照组高，差异有统计学意义（χ~2=4.114,P<0.05）。治疗后，观察组中医症状积分均较对照组低，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗后，观察组生活质量评分均较对照组高，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 抗肿瘤靶向药物所致手足综合征治疗中，中药熏洗治疗有效性、安全性高，还利于患者生活质量的提高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation treatment in patients with hand-foot syndrome caused by anti-tumor targeted drugs. Methods 80 patients with hand foot syndrome caused by targeted anti-tumor drug treatment at Jiangmen People’s Hospital from March 2021 to June 2023 were selected as the research subjects. They were randomly divided into two groups using a random number table method, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with a western medicine regimen, while the observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine modified Sanbai powder fumigation and washing. Compared the therapeutic effects of two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group(95.00%) was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(χ~2=4.114, P<0.05). After treatment, the TCM symptom scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). After treatment, the quality of life scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion In the treatment of hand-foot syndrome caused by anti-tumor targeted drugs, the effectiveness and safety of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation treatment is high,which also facilitates the improvement of patients’ quality of life.更多还原
