不同剂量甲泼尼龙辅助治疗重症支原体肺炎患儿的效果对比
Comparison of Effects of Different Doses of Methylprednisolone in the Adiuvant Treatment of Children with Severe Mycoplasma Pneumoniae Pneumonia
【摘要】 目的 探讨2 mg/(kg·d)和8 mg/(kg·d)两种剂量甲泼尼龙用于小儿重症支原体肺炎治疗中的影响。方法选取2019年1月—2020年5月佛冈县妇幼保健院收治的103例重症支原体肺炎患儿为研究对象,以投掷硬币法分为对照组(51例)和观察组(52例)。所有患儿均采用常规治疗,对照组患儿予以2 mg/(kg·d)甲泼尼龙静脉滴注,观察组患儿予以8 mg/(kg·d)甲泼尼龙静脉滴注,比较两组患儿的临床疗效。结果 观察组总有效率为96.15%,明显高于对照组的82.35%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=9.227,P<0.05)。观察组症状消失时间明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组不良反应发生率为17.65%,观察组为21.15%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 小儿支原体肺炎的治疗中,采用8 mg/(kg·d)甲泼尼龙能够快速的缓解患儿临床症状,提高治疗有效率,且未增加不良反应发生率。
【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effects of two doses of methylprednisolone, 2 mg/(kg·d) and 8 mg/(kg·d), in the treatment of pediatric severe mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia. Methods 103 children with severe mycoplasma pneumonia admitted to Fogang County Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2019 to May 2020 were selected as the research object, and were divided into control group(51 cases) and observation group(52 cases) by coin toss. All the children were treated with conventional therapy, 2 mg/(kg·d) methylprednisolone intravenous drip in the control group and 8 mg/(kg·d) methylprednisolone intravenous drip in the observation group, and the clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared. Results The total effective rate of 96.15% in the observation group was significantly higher than that of 82.35% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(χ~2=9.227, P<0.05).The time of disappearance of symptoms in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions was 17.65% in the control group and 21.15% in the observation group, and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05). Conclusion In the treatment of pediatric mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia, the use of 8 mg/(kg·d) methylprednisolone can rapidly relieve the clinical symptoms of children, improve the therapeutic efficiency, and not increase the incidence of adverse reactions.
