【摘要】 目的 研究超敏酶标术中快速免疫组化技术在临床工作中的应用。方法 选取2022年2月—2023年5月镇江市第一人民医院诊治的162例术中肿瘤疑似患者为研究对象，所有研究对象均予以快速免疫组化检测，并以石蜡免疫组化法检测结果作为金标准。分析不同检测方式肿瘤符合率等诊断效能。结果 阳性定位指标符合率为92.68%(76/82)；表达强度指标符合率为87.80%(72/82)；阳性细胞百分比指标符合率为95.12%(78/82)；组织背景指标符合率为85.37%(70/82)；超敏酶标术中快速免疫组化法检测准确度为98.77%。结论 在针对恶性肿瘤疾病进行术中检测时，选择超敏酶标予以快速免疫组化能够具有较高的符合率，表达更为准确，建议在术中冰冻诊断中作为重要的辅助诊断依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the application of rapid immunohistochemical technique in the clinical work of hypersensitive enzyme labeling. Methods A total of 162 suspected intraoperative tumor patients diagnosed and treated in Zhenjiang First People’s Hospital from February 2022 to May 2023 were included. Rapid immunohistochemical detection was performed on all subjects, and paraffin immunohistochemical detection results were used as the gold standard. Data of diagnostic efficiency tumor coincidence rate of different detection methods were analyzed. Results The coincidence rate of positive localization index was 92.68%(76/82). The coincidence rate of expression intensity index was 87.80%(72/82). The coincidence rate of positive cell percentage index was 95.12%(78/82). The coincidence rate of organizational background index was 85.37%(70/82). The accuracy of rapid immunohistochemical method in hypersensitive enzyme labeling was 98.77%. Conclusion In the intraoperative detection of malignant tumor diseases, the selection of hypersensitive enzyme label for rapid immunohistochemistry can have a higher coincidence rate and more accurate expression, and it is suggested to be an important auxiliary diagnostic basis in intraoperative freezing diagnosis.更多还原
