分析鼻内镜下动力系统腺样体切除术在腺样体肥大患儿中的应用效果
Analyzing the Application Effect of Nasal Endoscopic Power System Adenoidectomy in Children with Adenoid Hypertrophy
【摘要】 目的 观察鼻内镜下动力系统腺样体切除术治疗小儿腺样体肥大的临床效果。方法 选取2022年1—12月莒县人民医院收治的120例腺样体肥大患儿,按照单双号随机分组法分为对照组和观察组,每组60例,对照组实施传统腺样体刮除术,观察组采取鼻内镜下动力系统腺样体切除术。对比两组患者手术情况、血管内皮功能、手术效果以及并发症发生情况。结果 观察组术中出血量低于对照组,手术时间、术后鼻腔恢复通气时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后各项血管内皮功能指标优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组手术治疗总有效率(98.33%)高于对照组(86.67%),差异有统计学意义(χ~2=5.886,P=0.015);观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 鼻内镜下动力系统腺样体切除术治疗小儿腺样体肥大效果理想。
【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical effect of nasal endoscopic power system adenoidectomy in the treatment of pediatric adenoid hypertrophy. Methods 120 cases of children with adenoid hypertrophy admitted to Juxian People’s Hospital from January to December 2022 were divided into the control group and the observation group with 60 cases in each group by single and double number random grouping method. The control group implemented traditional adenoid scraping, and the observation group took nasal endoscopic power system adenoidectomy. Comparison of the two groups of surgery, vascular endothelial function, surgical effect and complications. Results The intraoperative bleeding in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the operation time and postoperative time for the nasal cavity to restore ventilation were shorter than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The postoperative endothelial function indexes of the observation group were better than those of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The total effective rate of surgical treatment in the observation group was 98.33%, which was higher than that in the control group(86.67%), the difference was statistically significant(χ~2=5.886, P=0.015). The complication rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Nasal endoscopic power system adenoidectomy is ideal for the treatment of pediatric adenoid hypertrophy.
