【摘要】 目的 探讨术中冰冻切片对诊断甲状腺乳头状癌的价值，并分析镜下特征。方法 选取高邮市人民医院2021年6月—2023年5月收治的疑似甲状腺乳头状癌患者57例为研究对象，均予常规石蜡切片、术中冰冻切片技术检查，以常规石蜡切片为金标准，评估术中冰冻切片技术诊断效能及与金标准的一致性。结果 57例受试者经常规石蜡切片检查证实阳性45例，阴性12例。以常规石蜡切片为金标准，术中冰冻切片检查准确率96.49%(55/57)、灵敏度95.56%(43/45)、特异度100.00%(12/12)，与金标准一致性较好（Kappa=0.90）。结论 对甲状腺乳头癌采用术中冰冻切片技术明确诊断效能高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the value of intraoperative frozen section in the diagnosis of papillary thyroid carcinoma and analyze the microscopic characteristics. Methods 57 suspected papillary thyroid cancer patients admitted to Gaoyou People’s Hospital from June 2021 to May 2023 were selected as the study objects, all of whom underwent routine paraffin section and intraoperative frozen section techniques. The routine paraffin section was used as the gold standard to evaluate the diagnostic efficacy of intraoperative frozen section techniques and their consistency with the gold standard. Results Regular paraffin section examination of 57 subjects confirmed positive results in 45 cases and negative results in 12 cases. Using conventional paraffin sections as the gold standard, the accuracy of intraoperative frozen section examination was 96.49%(55/57), sensitivity was 95.56%(43/45), and specificity was 100.00%(12/12),indicating good consistency with the gold standard(Kappa=0.90). Conclusion The intraoperative frozen section technique has high diagnostic efficiency for papillary thyroid cancer.更多还原
