Dy2O3,Cu2O在LiF-DyF3熔盐体系的溶解度研究
Solubility of Dy2O3 and Cu2O in LiF-DyF3 Molten Salt System
【摘要】 以Li F-Dy F3为熔盐,电解Dy2O3,Cu2O制备Dy-Cu合金过程中,明确Dy2O3,Cu2O溶解度是制定合理加料制度、提高电解效率的关键。采用等温饱和法研究了Dy2O3,Cu2O溶解平衡时间,考察了温度、Dy F3浓度对单一氧化物(Dy2O3或Cu2O)及混合氧化物(Dy2O3与Cu2O)溶解度的影响,通过最小二乘法对溶解度数据进行了拟合,建立了温度、Dy F3浓度与Dy2O3,Cu2O溶解度之间的数学回归方程。研究结果表明,Dy2O3,Cu2O在Li F-Dy F3熔盐中溶解平衡的时间分别为110,120 min,溶解反应为吸热反应。相同温度下,随熔盐中Dy F3浓度增大,Dy2O3的溶解度逐渐增大,Cu2O溶解度变化较小;在温度为910~1030℃,熔盐中Dy F3浓度为15%~40%(摩尔分数)时,Dy2O3,Cu2O溶解度分别为0.55%~3.45%,0.39%~0.52%。
【Abstract】 In the process of preparing Dy-Cu alloy by electrolysis of Dy2O3 and Cu2O with Li F-Dy F3 as molten salt,clarifying the solubility of Dy2O3 and Cu2O is the key to formulate reasonable feeding system and improve electrolysis efficiency.In this paper,the dissolution equilibrium time and solubility of Dy2O3 and Cu2O were determined by isothermal saturation method.The effects of temperature and Dy F3 concentration on the solubility of single oxide (Dy2O3 or Cu2O) and mixed oxide (Dy2O3 and Cu2O) were investigated.The mathematical regression equation between temperature,Dy F3 concentration and the solubility of Dy2O3 and Cu2O was established by least-squares fitting data.The results show that the dissolution equilibrium time of Dy2O3 and Cu2O in Li F-Dy F3molten salt is 110 and 120 min,respectively.The dissolution reaction is endothermic reaction.At the same temperature,the solubility of Dy2O3 gradually increases with the increase of the concentration of Dy F3 in the molten salt,while the solubility of Cu2O changes little.When the temperature is from 910 to 1030℃and the molar concentration of Dy F3 in the molten salt is from 15%to 40%,the solubility values of Dy2O3 and Cu2O are0.55%~3.45%and 0.39%~0.52%,respectively.
