【摘要】 为制备禽结核菌素国家标准品，研究禽结核菌素生产用菌株禽分枝杆菌的菌种特性，对1992年冻干保存的3株菌CVCC68201、CVCC68202和CVCC68203进行复苏，采用SPF鸡复壮，分离培养后冻干了新批次菌种，对菌种形态、生化特性、培养特性、毒力和抗原性进行了鉴定。结果表明，制备的菌种纯粹，形态、生化和培养特性符合禽分枝杆菌的生物学特征，免疫原性符合的兽用生物制品质量标准的规定。本研究为禽分枝杆菌的鉴定提供参考，也为制造禽结核菌素的工艺改进奠定基础。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to identify the characteristics of Mycobacterium avium CVCC68201, CVCC68202 and CVCC68203 strains, and to further prepare avian purified protein derivative of national standard, new batches of the strains were prepared. Three strains of Mycobacterium avium cultured and stored by freeze-drying in 1992 were resuscitatedand rejuvenated using SPF birds, and they were then isolated, cultured, and freeze-dried. The morphology, culture characteristics, biochemical properties, virulence, immunogenicity and other characteristics of recovered strains were identified. The results showed that all the verification items of the three strains were in compliance with the quality standard of “Regulations for Veterinary Biological Products of the PRC” 2000 version. This study provides reference for the isolation and identification of Mycobacterium avium, and supplies materials for the improvement of techniques of producing the avian purified protein derivative.更多还原
