m~6A修饰调控circRNA 的研究进展
Research Progress on the Regulation of circRNA by m~6A Modification
【摘要】 Circular RNAs(circRNAs)是由pre-RNA通过反向剪接使5′尾端和3′polyA端以共价结合的形式形成的环状RNA,在多种生物学过程起重要作用。N6-甲基腺苷修饰(N6-methyladenosine, m~6A)是真核生物中最丰富的修饰之一,参与调控RNA的剪接、翻译及降解等过程。现越来越多证据表明m~6A修饰也存在于环状RNA中并且介导环状RNA的翻译、降解等。本文主要综述了circRNA在真核生物中的合成和作用机制以及m~6A修饰对circRNA的调控作用。
【Abstract】 Circular RNAs(circRNAs) are single-stranded, covalently closed RNA that were generated by 3′ polyA and 5′tail of pre-mRNA via back-splicing. CircRNAs play a crucial role in varieties biological processes. N6-methyladenosine(m~6A) is one of the most abundant modifications in eukaryotes, which regulate splicing, translation and degradation of RNA. There is increasing evidence that m~6A modification also controlling circRNAs metabolism, including translation, degradation and so on. In this review, the biogenesis and function of circRNAs were summerized. Moreover, the role of m~6A modification in the regulation of circRNAs was discussed.
