【摘要】 目的 探究同理心与医学生学习倦怠的关系，并探索自我效能感的中介作用和宜人性人格的调节机制。方法 采用横断面研究设计，于2022年11月～2023年5月使用方便抽样法抽取河北省某医学高校学生被试640名，运用中文版杰弗逊同理心量表医学生版、一般自我效能感量表、大五人格问卷简版（宜人性人格）和大学生学习倦怠量表编制成问卷进行调查。结果 (1)控制人口学变量后，同理心对学习倦怠负向预测作用显著（β=-0.154,P<0.001）；(2)自我效能感在同理心与学习倦怠关系间起中介作用，中介效应占比为38.96%；(3)宜人性人格既正向调节同理心对自我效能感的预测作用（β=0.010,P<0.05），也正向调节自我效能感对学习倦怠的预测作用（β=-0.040,P<0.01）；(4)宜人性人格正向调节自我效能感在同理心和学习倦怠间的中介效应。结论 自我效能感在同理心与学习倦怠关系中起中介作用；宜人性人格对该中介路径（前后两条路径）有正向调节作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the predictive effect of empathy on learning burnout of medical students, the mediator of self-efficacy and the regulating mechanism of agreeableness personality. Methods From November 2022 to May 2023, a total of 640 students from a medical university in Hebei Province were selected using convenience sampling. The Jefferson scale of physician empathy-student, general self-efficacy scale, neuroticism-extraversion-openness five-factor inventory, and learning burnout of university student were used to develop the questionnaire to investigate their empathy, self-efficacy, agreeableness personality and learning burnout. Results(1)Empathy had a significant negative predictive effect on learning burnout after controlling for gender, grade, birthplace and whether the child was an only child or not(β=-0.154, P<0.001).(2)Self-efficacy plays a mediating role in the relationship between empathy and learning fatigue, with a mediation effect of 38.96%.(3)The level of agreeableness personality not only positively moderates the predictive effect of empathy on self-efficacy(β=0.010, P<0.05), but also positively moderates the predictive effect of self-efficacy on learning burnout(β=-0.040, P<0.01).(4)The level of agreeableness personality positively moderates the mediating effect of selfefficacy between empathy and learning burnout. Conclusion Self-efficacy played a partial mediating role in the relationship between empathy and learning burnout; Agreeableness personality has a positive regulatory effect on the mediating pathway(front and back pathways); Increasing empathy and self-efficacy among medical students can prevent and reduce the phenomenon of learning burnout.更多还原
