【摘要】 目的 本研究目的为通过分析注意缺陷多动障碍（ADHD）领域现有的研究分化趋势，整合并提供一个全面无偏差的理论框架。方法 本文采用了文献计量学工具CiteSpace，纳入共2 924篇文章进行了共现和聚类分析。结果 研究结果揭示了生理与机制、认知功能、评估诊断以及干预治疗4种主要的ADHD研究分化趋势。结论 本研究强调了这4种趋势之间可能存在的关联，尝试建立框架来概括ADHD研究领域全貌。该理念框架不仅对ADHD的更深入理解具有重要意义，还为未来的研究工作提供了有益的指导，有望促进跨学科合作，进一步推动对ADHD的认识。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective The purpose of this study is to integrate and provide a comprehensive and unbiased theoretical framework by analyzing the existing research differentiation trends in the field of attention deficit hyperactivity disorder(ADHD). Methods A bibliometrics tool CiteSpace was used in this paper, and a total of 2 924 articles were included for co-occurrence and cluster analysis. Results The results revealed four major trends of ADHD research differentiation: physiology and mechanism, cognitive function, assessment and diagnosis, and intervention and treatment. Conclusion This study highlights the possible relationship between these four trends and attempts to establish a framework to summarize the entire field of ADHD research. This conceptual framework not only has important implications for a deeper understanding of ADHD, but also provides useful guidance for future research efforts and is expected to promote interdisciplinary collaboration to further advance the understanding of ADHD.更多还原
