【摘要】 目的 调查承德市社区老年人的志愿服务动机现状，并分析对志愿服务动机的影响因素。方法 采用问卷调查法，便利选取2023年1月～2023年7月承德市3个社区的老年人作为研究对象，采用志愿服务动机量表及一般资料调查表对承德市3个社区154例老年人参与志愿服务动机现状进行调查。其中，单因素分析采用t检验和方差分析，多因素分析采用多元线性回归分析。结果 承德市3个社区的老年人参与志愿服务意愿水平较高，志愿服务动机总分为65.55±11.97分，职业类型是社区老年人志愿服务动机的主要影响因素。结论 社区老年人志愿服务动机处于中等偏上水平，社区管理工作人员及社会志愿服务组织应针对老年人参与志愿服务动机的影响因素，结合个体自身情况，合理安排老年人参与到志愿服务中来，以提升老年人的社会参与度、晚年幸福感及社会贡献度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the status quo of volunteer service motivation of the elderly in Chengde community, and analyze the influencing factors of volunteer service motivation. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted to conveniently select the elderly in three communities in Chengde City from January 2023 to July 2023 as the research objects. The volunteer service motivation scale and general information questionnaire were used to investigate the current situation of 154 elderly people’s motivation to participate in volunteer service in three communities in Chengde City. Among them, t test and variance analysis were used for single factor analysis, and multiple linear regression analysis was used for multivariate analysis. Results The elderly in the three communities of Chengde City had a high level of willingness to participate in volunteer service.The total score of volunteer service motivation was 65.55±11.97. The type of occupation was the main influencing factor of the volunteer service motivation of the elderly in the community. Conclusion The volunteer service motivation of the elderly in the community is above the middle level.Community management staff and social volunteer service organizations should reasonably arrange the elderly to participate in volunteer service according to the influencing factors of the elderly’s motivation to participate in volunteer service, combined with the individual’s own situation, so as to improve the social participation, happiness and social contribution of the elderly.更多还原
