【摘要】 目的 了解脑卒中患者的照顾者照顾能力及家庭弹性现状，并探索照顾者家庭弹性和照顾能力间的相关性。方法 采取便利抽样法，选取河北省承德市某三级甲等综合医院在2022年12月～2023年4月收治的285名脑卒中患者的照顾者，采用一般资料调查表、照顾能力量表、家庭弹性量表对其进行调查，有效调查280人，有效调查率为98.25%。结果 脑卒中患者照顾者的照顾能力得分为18.00(15.00,21.00)分，家庭弹性得分为107.00(103.00,110.00)分。Spearman相关性分析表明，脑卒中患者照顾者的照顾能力与家庭弹性呈显著负相关关系（r=-0.530,P<0.05）。结论 脑卒中患者照顾者的照顾能力处于中等水平，家庭弹性处于中等偏上水平，且家庭弹性水平越高，照顾能力越强。护理人员应积极促进照顾者照顾能力的提高，实施针对性措施改善脑卒中患者照顾者的照顾质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the current situation of caregiver care ability and family resilience in stroke patients, and explore the correlation between caregiver family resilience and care ability. Methods Adopting the convenience sampling method, 285 caregivers of stroke patients admitted to a tertiary A general hospital in Chengde City, Hebei Province from December 2022 to April 2023 were selected. They were surveyed using the general information questionnaire, care ability scale, and family resilience scale. A total of 280 patients were effectively surveyed, with an effective survey rate of 98.25%. Results The caregiver’s care ability score for stroke patients was 18.00(15.00, 21.00), and the family resilience score was 107.00(103.00, 110.00). Spearman correlation analysis showed that there was a significant negative correlation between caregiver care ability and family resilience in stroke patients(r=-0.530, P<0.05). Conclusion The care ability of caregivers for stroke patients is at a moderate level, and the family elasticity was above the average level. The higher the family elasticity level, the stronger the care ability.
