【摘要】 目的 分析导乐分娩联合问候-自我介绍-过程-解释-致谢（AIDET）沟通模式对于初产妇心理状况、分娩效能感与分娩方式的影响。方法 选取2022年5月～2023年4月期间于本院进行阴道试产的156例初产妇作为研究对象，按照随机数字表分为研究组（n=78）与对照组（n=78）。对照组初产妇采取导乐分娩，在其基础上研究组初产妇采取AIDET沟通模式。针对两组初产妇的正性与负性情绪量表（PANAS）评分、分娩自我效能感量表（CBSEI-C32）评分、第一与第二产程时间以及分娩方式进行比较。正态计量资料采用t检验，计数资料采用x~2检验。结果 干预前，两组PANAS量表中正性与负性情绪分值、CBSEI-C32量表分值对比，结果未见显著差异（P>0.05）；干预后，研究组正性情绪分值高于对照组（P<0.05），负性情绪分值低于对照组（P<0.05）,CBSEI-C32量表分值高于对照组（P<0.05）。研究组第一产程与第二产程时间均短于对照组（P<0.05）。研究组剖宫产率低于对照组，阴道分娩率高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 导乐分娩联合AIDET沟通模式可以有效改善初产妇的心理状况，提高其分娩效能感，缩短产程，保障阴道分娩率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the influence of Doula delivery combined with acknowledge-introduce-duration-explanation-thank you(AIDET communication mode on the psychological status, delivery efficacy, and delivery mode of primiparous women. Methods 156 primiparous women who underwent vaginal trials in our hospital from May 2022 to April 2023 were selected as the study subjects and divided into a study group(n=78) and a control group(n=78) according to a random number table. The control group took Doula delivery, on the basis of which the study group took AIDET communication mode. The positive and negative affect scale(PANAS), Chinese version of childbirthself-efficacy inventory(CBSEI-C32), the first and second stages of labor, and the mode of delivery were compared between the two groups. Normal measurement data were tested by t test, count data were tested by x~2. Results Before intervention, there was no significant difference in the positive and negative emotional scores and CBSEI-C32 scores of the PANAS scale between the two groups(P>0.05); after intervention, the positive emotional score of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05), the negative emotional score was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05), and the CBSEI-C32 scale score was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). The first and second stages of labor in the study group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The cesarean section rate in the study group was lower than that in the control group, and the vaginal delivery rate was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The combination of Doula delivery and AIDET communication mode can effectively improve the psychological status of primiparous women, enhance delivery efficiency, shorten the delivery process, and ensure vaginal delivery rate.更多还原
