辩证行为疗法在中学生心理健康教育课程中的应用

【摘要】 目的 检验在辩证行为疗法(DBT)团体技能训练模块的基础上,结合我国中学生的特点和心理健康状况,所设计的心理健康教育课程方案的有效性。方法 采用定量研究方式,被试为北京某打工子弟学校初中学生,以班级为单位进行课程训练。干预组在每周固定时间进行1次40 min的DBT心理健康教育课程,共12周;对照组不进行任何干预。采用儿童青少年正念量表、情绪调节量表、青少年心理韧性量表、正性负性情绪量表进行干预前后的测评。课程内容参照DBT相关书籍及国外专业指导手册,以DBT团体技能训练模块为课程框架进行设定。结果 采用t检验对数据结果进行分析,经过12周DBT课程干预,干预组正念水平显著提高(P<0.05),情绪管理能力显著提升(P<0.05),对照组没有显著变化(P>0.05)。干预组学生负性情绪显著降低(P<0.05)。结论 中学生可以接受以班级为单位,以标准课程形式,按照常规教学模式开展的DBT课程;学校可以通过合作的方式,借助校外专业力量,在不过多占用学校教师和课时资源的情况下有效进行心理健康教育。

【Abstract】 Objective To test the effectiveness of the mental health education curriculum based on the group skill training module of dialectical behavior therapy(DBT), combining the characteristics and mental health status of Chinese middle school students. Methods Quantitative research method was adopted. The subjects were junior middle school students of a migrant children’s school in Beijing. The intervention group received a 40minute DBT mental health education course at a fixed time per week for a total of 12 weeks. The control group did not receive any intervention. Child and adolescent mindfulness measure(CAMM), emotion regulation questionnaire(ERQ), adolescent resilience scale, the positive and negative affect scale(PANAS) were used to evaluate before and after intervention. The course content refers to DBT related books and foreign professional guidance manuals, and takes DBT group skills training module as the course framework. Results T test was used to analyze the data results. After 12 weeks of DBT course intervention, the mindfulness level and emotion management ability of the intervention group were significantly improved(P<0.05), while the control group had no significant change(P>0.05). The negative emotion of students in the intervention group was significantly decreased(P<0.05).Conclusion Middle school students can accept DBT courses in the form of standard courses and in accordance with the conventional teaching mode.Schools can effectively carry out mental health education by means of cooperation and with the help of outside professional forces without occupying more teachers and class resources.
