【摘要】 目的 探讨心理干预对城市移居老人心理健康状况与生存质量的影响及效果分析。方法 采用整群随机抽样方法对南充市某城区≥60岁、315例移居老人分为干预组157例和对照组158例。对照组给予常规保健知识讲解；干预组给予心理健康知识讲座、系统化团体心理训练和个别心理咨询等多元化心理干预。6个月后，采用症状自评量表（SCL-90）、世界卫生组织生存质量测定量表简表（WHOQOLBREF）对两组进行干预前后心理健康状况和生存质量的比较分析。正态计量资料采用t检验，计数资料采用x2检验。结果 心理干预前，两组在心理健康状况与生存质量上无显著差异（P>0.05）；心理干预后，干预组与对照组在SCL-90总分及筛选阳性率、生存质量量表总分及心理领域、社会关系领域评分上有显著差异（P<0.05）。结论 多元化心理干预可有效改善城市移居老人的社会适应能力和不良情绪，改善心理健康状况，提高生存质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effects of psychological intervention on the mental health status and quality of life of urban migrant elderly.Methods A total of 315 elderly migrants aged 60 years or older in an urban area of Nanchong were divided into intervention group(157 cases)and control group(158 cases) by cluster random sampling. The control group was given routine health knowledge explanation; The intervention group was given a variety of psychological interventions such as lectures on mental health knowledge, systematic group psychological training and individual psychological counseling. After 6 months, the mental health status and quality of life before and after intervention were compared between the two groups by using the symptom check list 90(SCL-90) and the World Health Organization brief quality of life scale(WHOQOLBREF). The t test was used for normal measurement data and x2 test was used for counting data. Results Before psychological intervention, there were no significant differences in mental health status and quality of life between the two groups(P>0.05); after psychological intervention, there were significant differences between the intervention group and the control group in SCL-90 total score, screening positive rate, life quality scale total score,psychological field and social relations field scores(P<0.05). Conclusion Diversified psychological intervention can effectively improve the social adaptability and bad mood, improve mental health status and improve the quality of life of the elderly migrants in urban areas.更多还原
