【摘要】 目的 探讨老年人入住养老机构的体验。方法 于2021年7月～2021年9月，采用目的抽样法选取河北省三所养老机构14例老年人为研究对象，采用海德格尔的解释性现象学研究方法对其进行深度访谈，采用Colaizzi 7步分析法分析和提炼资料。结果 养老机构老年人入住感受可归纳为消极感受、应对方式等2个维度共7个特征。结论 机构养老老年人心理感受与体验面临诸多问题及困境，提示国家、社会及养老机构应关注老年人的多样化需求，改善心理问题，提升其舒适水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the experience of the elderly living in the nursing home. Methods From July 2021 to September 2021, 14 elderly people from three nursing homes in Hebei Province were selected as research objects by the purpose sampling method. Heidegger’s explanatory phenomenology research method was adopted for in-depth interviews, and the data were analyzed and extracted by Colaizzi’s 7-step analysis method.Results The feeling of the elderly in the nursing home can be summarized into two dimensions of negative feeling, coping style and 7 characteristics.Conclusion There are many problems and difculties in the psychological feeling and experience of the elderly in institutional care institutions, which suggests that the state, society and pension institutions should pay attention to the diverse needs of the elderly, improve their psychological problems and enhance their comfort level.更多还原
