【摘要】 目的 探讨血清白介素(IL)-4、转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)与尖锐湿疣(CA)患者5-氨基酮戊酸光动力疗法(ALA-PDT)治疗后复发的关系。方法 选取2015年1月至2018年12月朝阳市第二医院就诊的150例CA患者作为研究对象。全部患者均接受ALA-PDT治疗，治疗结束后随访6个月，记录随访期间复发情况。重点分析血清IL-4、TGF-β1在CA患者中的表达及其与患者ALA-PDT治疗后复发的相关性。结果 150例完成ALA-PDT治疗后6个月的CA患者中，有53例复发，复发率为35.33%;复发组血清IL-4、TGF-β1水平均高于未复发组，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);经COX回归分析结果显示，血清IL-4、TGF-β1水平与CA患者ALA-PDT治疗后复发有关(P<0.05);绘制受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线，结果显示，血清IL-4、TGF-β1单独及联合预测CA患者ALA-PDT治疗后复发的曲线下面积(AUC)均>0.7,有一定预测价值，且以联合预测的价值最高。结论 血清IL-4、TGF-β1的表达与CA患者ALA-PDT治疗后复发具有相关性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the relationship between serum interleukin(IL)-4 and transforming growth factor-β1(TGF-β1) and recurrence in patients with condyloma acuminatum(CA) after 5-aminolevulinic acid-photodynamic therapy(ALA-PDT). Methods A total of 150 CA patients admitted to the Chaoyang Second Hospital from January 2015 to December 2018 were selected. All patients received ALA-PDT treatment and were followed up for 6 months after the treatment, and the recurrence during the follow-up period was recorded. The expression of serum IL-4 and TGF-β1 in CA patients and their correlation with the recurrence of patients after ALA-PDT treatment were analyzed. Results Among 150 patients with CA 6 months after ALA-PDT treatment, 53 cases recurred, and the recurrence rate was 35.33%; serum IL-4 and TGF-β levels in recurrence group were higher than those in the non-recurrence group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05); the COX regression analysis showed that the levels of serum IL-4 and TGF-β1 were related to the recurrence of CA patients after ALA-PDT treatment(P<0.05); the receiver operating characteristic(ROC) curve was drawn, and the results showed that, the area under the curve(AUC) of serum IL-4 and TGF-β1 alone or joint in predicting the recurrence of CA patients after ALA-PDT treatment were >0.7,which had certain prediction value, and the value of joint prediction was the best. Conclusions The expression of serum IL-4 and TGF-β1 are correlated with the recurrence of CA patients after ALA-PDT treatment.更多还原
