【摘要】 在旧城改造的过程中，粗放的管控体系造成历史城区整体风貌的嬗变与解体，“有区无城”的现象普遍存在。对此，研究立足于精细化管理的政策意识，提出新时期历史城区风貌导控的目标要求，即以“边界-格局-单元”这一层级嵌套的风貌体系为路线，在历史与当下风貌融承的整体背景下，梳理近人尺度下历史城区精细化管控的风貌清单。并以襄阳古城为例，探讨了精细化管控在实践中面临的问题和相应的规划策略，以期为历史城区的风貌修复提供思考。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the process of old city reconstruction, the extensive management and control system cause the evolution and disintegration of the overall style of historical urban areas, and the phenomenon of “having a district without a city” is widespread. In this regard, based on the policy consciousness of fine management, the research puts forward the goal requirements of guiding and controlling the style of historical urban areas in the new period. In other words, with the “boundary-pattern-unit” nested style system as the route, in the overall background of the integration of history and current style, it sorts out the list of fine controlled styles in the historical urban area under the approachable scale. With the case of Xiangyang Ancient City, this paper discusses the problems and corresponding planning strategies of fine management and control in practice, in order to provide some reflections for the restoration of historical urban features.更多还原
