补钙与大鼠龋病发生的相关性实验

【摘要】 目的 观察不同生长发育时期补钙对大鼠龋病发生的影响。方法 对三十例大鼠在不同生长发育时期进行补钙复制龋齿模型,观察其相关性的研究。A组(10只)胚胎期补钙组:母鼠从受孕3 d开始补钙,断奶后给幼鼠口服补钙,同时复制龋齿模型;B组(10只)出生后补钙组:哺乳期间给母鼠补钙,断奶后处理同胚胎期补钙组;C组(10只)单纯龋齿对照组:不进行额外补钙,复制龋齿模型。结果 胚胎期补钙组预防龋齿的效果最好,出生后补钙组次之,单纯龋齿对照组多发龋齿。结论 早期补钙对预防龋齿的发生有一定作用。

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of calcium supplement at different growth and development stages on caries occurrence in rats. Methods Thirty rats who were established replicate caries model were treated with calcium supplementation at different growth and development stages, and their relevance were studied. Group A(n = 10)were supplemented calcium from embryonic stage: the mother rats received calcium supplements from the third day after conception. The young mice were given oral calcium supplement after weaning and the caries model was replicated at the same time. Group B(n = 10) received postnatal calcium supplement: The rats were given calcium supplement during lactation and were treated with calcium supplement at embryonic stage after weaning. Group C(n = 10)were simple caries control group: The caries model was reproduced without additional calcium supplement.Results Calcium supplementation during the embryonic period had the best effect on preventing dental caries, followed by calcium supplementation after birth. The control group with simple caries had multiple caries. Conclusion Early calcium supplementation has a certain effect on the prevention of dental caries.
